Storage Wars (stylized as STORAGE WAR$) is an American reality TV competition show that is aired on the A&E network. It initially aired for twelve seasons, beginning on December 1, 2010, until January 30, 2019. The 13th season debuted in April 2021.



 



 If a storage facility is empty for more than 3 months, it could be sold by an auctioneer in a single lot in an auction that is cash-only. The show follows professional buyers who go to storage locations across the state and bid on these lockers. When each locker is auctioned the buyers are granted five minutes to look over what's inside from the entryway but aren't allowed to access the locker or interact with any of the items.
